Rehab4Kidz

I set up Rehab4kidz in July 2018 to enable me to offer Speech and Language Therapy which is flexible and tailored to meet the individual needs of each child and their family.  As a mum myself I know how important it is to listen to you and your child.

 

I am an independent Speech and Language Therapist with over 21 years of experience and training working with children who have a wide range of needs. 

 

Although I have specialist skills and experience in working with children with complex needs and/or acquired brain injury I have worked within mainstream schools and nurseries to offer advice and therapy. 

 

What can I offer?

 

Speech and Language Therapy (assessment and treatment) for children with any of the following:

 

• Speech, language and/or communication needs 

• Dysphagia (eating and drinking difficulties) 

• Speech, language and communication difficulties as a result of acquired brain injury or neuro-disability

• Children with delayed or disordered speech, language and communication skills

Training, supervision and support for Speech and Language Therapists and other professionals /support staff working with children with speech, language, communication and/or dysphagia.

A Team Approach

I believe that the best results are obtained by working collaboratively with the child or young person, their family and other professionals involved on agreed goals.   I can work collaboratively with existing professionals.  I can also offer a team approach with associates in other professions such as Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists and Music Therapy
